Where is my order?
"Delivery typically takes 3-5 days.
You can find the DHL shipment tracking information in the shipping confirmation, so please remember to check your spam folder as well.
Sometimes, the delivery person may leave the package with a neighbor and forget to leave a notification for you.Therefore, it's a good idea to check with your neighbors if they have received the package.
If you haven't received your order within 1-3 weeks, please contact us via email at service@evertz-pharma.com.
Are there any product samples available?
We do not offer product samples to minimize unnecessary packaging and transportation routes. However, you can purchase our products from our online shop and try them out. If you're not satisfied with the product, we offer a money-back guarantee.
What happens if I didn't accept the package?
If you were unable to accept the package and it is returned to us, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded to you. You will then need to place a new order to receive the goods.
Where is the invoice? Where can I find the invoice or the correct bank information?
When purchasing on account, you will receive an email from Klarna with the correct bank details and your personal reference. You must specify this when making the transfer.
ATTENTION: You will typically receive the invoice 2 - 3 working days after ordering. If you haven't received an email from Klarna within 3 working days after placing your order, please check your spam folder.
What if I used the wrong bank details?
What happens if I have transferred the money directly to Evertz Pharma GmbH?
If you accidentally transferred the money to our company account, the amount will automatically be returned to you. You will then need to make the transfer to Klarna again.
What if I provided the wrong purpose for the transfer?
Klarna will not be able to assign the transfer, and the money will be automatically refunded to you.
Money-back guarantee: How does it work and where do I have to send the goods?
IMPORTANT: Only possible when purchasing in our online shop. Not in the pharmacy.
Please send your goods back, with postage paid, within the return period to the address provided below. Please include a note with your name, address, and order number in the shipment. This will help us clearly identify the return.

How long does it take for the money to be refunded?
The money will be refunded within 14 business days upon receipt of the return.
My package is empty: Why do I have to return an empty package to receive the refund?
Our internal procedures require a return receipt in our warehouse to process the reimbursement.
When does the return period start?
The return period begins upon receipt of the goods.
Why is there no return slip?
We're pleased to cover the delivery costs to you. However, we regret to inform you that we cannot cover the return costs. Doing so would necessitate increasing the prices of our products.

If you do not have an email address, you will be forwarded to the shop pharmacy. There you can place an order without an email address. (Telephone announcement 2)
