Money-back guarantee: How does it function, and where do I need to send the item?
To ensure a smooth return process, please send your items to the provided address within the specified return period, making sure postage is prepaid. Please include a note with your name, address, and order number for easy identification of your return. Thank you for your cooperation.

When can I expect to receive my refund?
You can expect to receive your refund within 14 business days from the time we receive your return.
My package is empty: Why do I need to return an empty package to receive a refund?
Our internal procedures require the return of the empty package to be processed in our warehouse to initiate the refund process.
Why isn't there a return label included?
We're happy to cover the shipping costs to you. However, unfortunately, we are unable to cover the return costs as it would lead to an increase in the overall price of our products.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
You can expect to receive your refund within 14 business days from the time we receive your return.
At what point does the return period begin?
The return period begins upon receipt of the product.
Right to withdraw
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by sending a clear declaration via email to service[at]evertz-pharma.de. While you may use the attached model withdrawal form, it is not mandatory to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal notice before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawing from the Agreement
If you decide to withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to reimburse you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier. without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is considered met if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We will not cover the cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
